Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. Orders placed for delivery on Saturday or Sunday will incur a £20 weekend charge. Orders placed for delivery before 8am or after 5pm will incur an additional charge of £10.

A £9.00 delivery charge is levied for deliveries within the Borough of Lewisham (this includes collection). For delivery charges outside Lewisham, please ask for prices. Items should be available for our driver to collect. Any missing items of crockery or equipment will be charged for.

Notification of confirmation of your booking needs to be made by 3pm on the day prior to the order for sandwich lunches, baguette lunches and breakfast. Orders received after 3pm will incur a 20% rush charge. Orders for fork buffets and hot food must be received at least 48 hours prior to delivery.

At least 24 hours notice must be given for cancellations or the full price may be charged.

At times certain items on the menus may be unavailable. Masons Catering reserve the right to replace these items with a similar product.
